Vuvuvultures was a London based, touring band. We ran a themed club night called “The I5land”. Releasing music on our label “Energy Snake Records”.

Recording and Production:

Our EP and album were recorded in London, UK, at 2khz Studios. We crafted our sound based on analogue and digital hybridity. Capturing the energy of a live band performance, blended in with electronic loops, synths and noise.

To perform live, we utilised drum triggers, mixed in with the live kit, as well as effects ensembles we had assembled in rehearsal spaces. These were usually made up of effects pedals, iPads, toy instruments and old iPhones, found / traded equipment. Often incorporating whatever was serendipitously available to us at the time.
